Memories, like ancient suns, warm our darkened souls, and become our hearts
Dissolving from our sight, like the stars at noon, never gone, but hidden
As the search begins for reasons, there is comfort in the night
As the past evolves into the image of a dream to come
Love lives everywhere I go

We were floating through the shadows, as our hearts screamed at the gates of silence
Like footprints in the sand, even though we were there, time did take us away
Will the promise of the prophets let the night eclipse the day?
The end and the beginning are but a breath away
But love is everywhere I go

This dimension and its balance try to keep us here, chained to its passions
Our dreams will grow their wings, lift us into flight, once again to be!
I know truth is we will never be without the breath of love
And all the other visions are illusions in a dream
